This position plays a key role in real-time monitoring and control of urban distribution, ensuring service continuity and proper execution of deliveries. If you are motivated to work in demanding environments, make rapid, information-based decisions, and be part of a business-critical operation, this opportunity is for you. **Main Role Challenges** * Monitor urban distribution operations online via TMS systems and control tools. * Supervise compliance with routes and daily operational KPIs. * Detect, record, and report deviations or incidents according to established protocols. * Coordinate with field teams and support areas to resolve contingencies in real time. * Issue operational alerts and performance reports to support decision-making. * Ensure compliance with operational procedures and safeguard information confidentiality. **Relevant Position Details** * Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Saturday (on-site shift start, remote finish) * Working Hours: Approximately 2 PM to 10 PM * Location: San Bernardo Distribution Center * Contract Type: Fixed-term contract with potential conversion to indefinite-term based on performance **Desired Profile** ------------------ * Completed secondary education * Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics operations, distribution, or last-mile delivery. * Intermediate Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency. * Experience using TMS systems and monitoring operations. * Knowledge of Same Day or Flex services. * Proactive profile with results orientation, analytical capability, and coordination skills. * Minimum 2 years of experience * Minimum Education Level: Secondary * Graduate
