




**JOIN OUR TEAM!** A leading Receptive Operator is seeking to hire a **RESERVATION EXECUTIVE** with experience. **Minimum Requirements (Mandatory):** \- Education: Graduate from CFT or IP, Tourism or related field. \- Experience: **Minimum 1 to 2 years of direct experience in reservation management within receptive operators.** \- Languages: Advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written) for customer service. \- Technical Skills: Familiarity with systems used by receptive operators or similar platforms, as well as strong Excel skills for reporting. **Desirable Requirements:** \- Coursework in management systems for Receptive Operators. \- Experience implementing operational procedures. \- Intermediate proficiency in Portuguese. **Responsibilities:** **\- Daily Operations and System (YCIX)**: Directly responsible for processing and recording all received reservations (direct, email, phone) into the YCIX system, ensuring 100% accuracy (KPI: Reservation Error Rate). A critical task is prioritizing the correct and timely input of inventory and rates into YCIX, guaranteeing online availability. **\- Rate Control and Compliance**: Must strictly apply rates, packages, and policies according to the simplified Rate Master (audit focus), and execute internal rate audit protocols to detect inconsistencies affecting revenue. **\- Customer Service**: Must promptly respond to customer and partner inquiries, providing confirmation documentation. Additionally, provides support to other departments for complex coordination (groups or special requests). **Competencies and Skills:** **\- Attention to Detail**: Ability to maintain precision when entering data and rates, avoiding high-impact errors. **\- Customer Service**: Deliver clear, empathetic, and timely communication to customers. **\- Pressure Management**: Capacity to handle multiple inquiries and tasks simultaneously, especially during peak seasons. **Position Conditions and Benefits:** **\- Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 19:00\. **\- Incentives**: Includes a Monthly Operational Variable Bonus (based on KPIs for Reservation Error Rate and Customer Satisfaction). **\- Additional Benefits**: Continuous professional development plan and corporate laptop.
