This is your opportunity to assume a strategic role in an organization that moves thousands of people every day. **What will be your primary contribution?** Ensure fleet availability and reliability by adhering to operational procedures, assigned budgets, and safety standards, while effectively leading the technical team. **What daily tasks will you perform?** * Ensure compliance with preventive and corrective maintenance programs. * Monitor staffing levels, budget, and production targets. * Manage warranties and fuel/electrical energy consumption. * Generate technical reports and quotations for operational damages. * Coordinate with key departments such as Operations, Finance, and People. **What qualifications must you meet?** * Technical or university degree in automotive mechanics, heavy machinery, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions, especially in buses or trucks. \-Desirable: Executive engineering training or specialization in maintenance. * Basic Office software proficiency. **What employment conditions does this position offer?** ART 22 contract (44 hours per week) Approximate net salary: $2\.200\.000\.
