Company **Economic Activity:** Manufacture of mattresses; manufacture of other furniture n.e.c. ### **DESCRIPTION** This position is responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on infrastructure and furniture, with special emphasis on carpentry works and plumbing systems. Its objective is to ensure the operational continuity of basic services and the good condition of the Company’s facilities. Responsibilities: \- Perform carpentry repairs and fabrication (furniture, doors, partitions). \- Carry out plumbing tasks, including leak repairs and faucet maintenance. \- Conduct general infrastructure maintenance (painting, locksmithing, basic masonry). \- Perform work at heights (above 1.8 m) using harnesses and critical permits. Requirements Education: Technical Secondary or Higher Education degree in Construction, Building, or related field. Minimum experience: 1–2 years in similar general services or maintenance positions.
