Apply here to launch an extraordinary career today.** **Field Operator** The individual will be responsible for performing operational field tasks at the Alfalfal/Volcán/Queltehues hydroelectric power plants, located in Cajón del Maipo, Metropolitan Region, contributing through their work to achieving equipment availability and reliability associated with the electricity generation process, in accordance with the Company’s established standards and best practices. **Knowledge and Requirements** * Technical studies in Electricity/Electronics/Mechanics/Construction, either at the industrial or higher education level. * Valid driver’s license with at least five years of driving experience required. * Availability to work rotating shifts, with physical capacity suitable for mountain work, intakes, machine hall caverns, work at height, confined space operations, and substation operation. * Solid technical knowledge in their field of technical training. * User-level computer skills, including MS Office platform; SAP experience preferred. * Knowledge of management systems. * Competencies: Teamwork, strong willingness for self-learning, ability to work under pressure. ***This position is also open to persons with disabilities, in accordance with Law No. 21,015 on Labor Inclusion.*** **We improve the lives of more than 10+ million people through the safe and reliable delivery of energy.
