What You'll Do: Lead strategic projects for process optimization aligned with organizational objectives, based on conducted diagnostics. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to periodically evaluate the performance of optimized processes, identifying areas of opportunity and defining corrective actions. Collaborate with senior management and various stakeholders in formulating long-term strategies and action plans to maximize supply chain efficiency and profitability. Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality execution of defined plans, with proper communication of progress and impact. Identify and address critical inefficiencies across the entire supply chain. Manage and guide your team, providing technical leadership and support in project development.
