Position Summary: Support the analysis, diagnosis, and documentation of operational processes, monitor operational workload, and manage KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and propose solutions. Collaborate in proposing methodological improvements and redesigning workflows. **Job Description** ---------------------- Actively support the analysis, diagnosis, and documentation of the department's operational processes, identifying improvement opportunities. * Monitor and conduct daily follow-up of operational workload and achievement of critical milestones across the four distribution centers. * Continuously manage and update departmental KPIs, identifying deviations and promptly reporting them to supervisors, assistant managers, and the Process Department. * Support the collection and analysis of operational data for departmental decision-making. * Map, document, and analyze current operational process flows, detecting gaps, task duplication, or inefficiencies—particularly in manual logistics activities. * Actively collaborate in proposing methodological improvements, workflow redesign, and executing projects focused on improving operational efficiency across distribution centers. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Student or graduate in Logistics Engineering, Business Administration Engineering, or a related field * Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency * Self-motivated and proactive * Basic knowledge of continuous improvement * Aptitude for programming or applying programming logic * Valid student insurance issued by the educational institution * Availability to complete the internship for 3 \- 6 months This opportunity is suitable for persons with disabilities. **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira—a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
