Main Mission: Provide comprehensive after-sales service, offering technical advice and support to customers, efficiently diagnosing and repairing purchased products, and ensuring effective case follow-up to guarantee high-quality service that contributes to customer satisfaction and loyalty. Case follow-up Requirements: Education: Technical degree in Air Conditioning, Telecommunications, Electricity, or related fields.
