**JOB OVERVIEW** Plan A Technologies is looking for an experienced **Art Director** to lead the visual direction and creative execution of casino gaming projects. The ideal candidate will combine artistic vision with technical knowledge of casino game design to create compelling and engaging gaming experiences. We work with some of the biggest game manufacturers and distributors, and the successful candidate will combine creative talent with technical knowledge to create visually stunning and commercially successful casino games. You will work on various projects, including slot games for online and land\-based gaming, cascading reel games, electronic table games, and large social casual games, leading a team of artists to bring innovative gaming concepts to life while adhering to industry regulations and brand guidelines. **Please note:** you must have at least 10\+ years of experience as an Art Director, preferably in the casino gaming or broader gaming industry to be considered for this role. **JOB RESPONSIBILITY** * Develop the overall visual style and aesthetic for casino games, including slots, table games, and other gaming products. * Create concept art, mood boards, and visual guidelines to communicate creative direction to the team. * Oversee the design of game assets, including symbols, backgrounds, characters, and user interface elements. * Collaborate with game designers and developers to ensure visual elements enhance gameplay and meet technical requirements. * Direct artists, animators, and other creative team members to execute the visual vision. * Ensure brand consistency across multiple game titles and platforms. * Stay current on casino gaming trends and incorporate innovative visual techniques. * Present creative concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback. * Manage project timelines and budgets for art\-related deliverables. **EXPERIENCE** * Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field. * 10\+ years of experience as an Art Director, preferably in the casino gaming or broader gaming industry. * Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual design skills and creative direction for casino games. * Proficiency in industry\-standard design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite). * Understanding of game design principles and casino gaming regulations. * Experience with 2D and 3D art creation for digital platforms. * Strong leadership and communication skills. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and manage multiple projects. * Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. * Initiative and drive to do great things. **Nice to have:** * Knowledge of mobile game development \- HTML5, PixiJS. * Familiarity with casino game engines such as Unity or similar. * Highly regarded \- Animation experience. **ABOUT THE COMPANY/BENEFITS** Plan A Technologies is an American software development and technology advisory firm that brings top\-tier engineering talent to clients around the world.
