Job Summary: Developer Analyst to manage, analyze, and resolve incidents in customer systems, develop and test solutions, and update documentation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Change management and user support A technology company is seeking a Developer Analyst for remote work. Conditions: 1\. Salary: CLP $1,400,000 net. 2\. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 44 hours per week. 3\. Work format: Remote. 4\. Responsibilities: * Receive and analyze support requests for customer systems; assess complexity and criticality of requirements; interact with users/customers to gather information and understand reported issues; * Analyze business processes to identify errors/incidents together with the user area. * Evaluate solutions and guide application of procedures to resolve problems/incidents. * Technical evaluation of errors/incidents generates configuration and/or program maintenance requests. * Test and accompany customer validation/homologation of the solution. * Support implementation of the solution in the customer's production environment. * Requirements gathering, development, execution of unit tests in quality environment, and deployment to production. * Generate information for the knowledge base; * Coordinate and implement changes in production; * Support users in executing defined contingency plans supported by existing solutions; * Provide support, perform data extractions, conduct analyses and investigations as requested within defined timeframes. * Analyze and correct report errors (queries), provided such maintenance is not related to new functionalities or scenarios; * Update documentation (systems and processes) due to modifications; * Adopt new improvements delivered by third parties and/or by TIVIT’s own team within the previously defined scope; * Manage and support internal controls requested by Coordination and Management. 5\. Requirements: * Minimum Required Experience: 2\-3 years * Degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent. * SQL Server, Microsoft .NET Framework, Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services SSIS 2012 and 2016, JMQI, Asp.NET WebForms, Asp.NET WCF, Bootstrap 3\.x, JQuery 2\.x, Log4net 1\.x and later releases
