At **Grafton Latam**, we are looking for a **Sales and Client Member Service Executive** for a renowned recreational center focused on wellness and sports health, located in **Macul**. We are seeking someone with energy, commercial focus, and passion for promoting an active and healthy lifestyle. **What will you do in this role?** You will be responsible for managing the sale of sports training programs (in-person and online), as well as addressing inquiries from current members. You will play a key role in customer service, sales follow-up, and client retention. **Your main responsibilities will be:** * Phone support: Providing information to clients, data entry, generating quotations and contracts. * Database management: Contacting clients for plan renewals, user reactivation, and requesting referrals. * Lead follow-up: Initial contact with potential clients, offering trial classes, and sending email confirmations. * Daily updates to the agenda and management system. * Achieving monthly sales targets and participating in special campaigns. * Attending meetings and submitting daily reports. * Complete entry of client data into the system. **Job requirements:** * Technical or professional education in related fields. * At least 3 years of experience in intangible sales, preferably in sports, recreation, or wellness industries, or other services such as Life Insurance, or similar. * Proficiency in Excel (basic/intermediate level). * Desirable training in sales techniques. * Availability to work rotating shifts. **What do we offer?** * **Competitive bonuses for meeting targets.** * **Free club membership for you and up to 4 immediate family members.** * **Complimentary parking at the facility.** * Opportunities for growth within an active, collaborative, and healthy environment.
