A Day in the Role Strategically ensure timely execution of the promotion production schedule by coordinating effectively and proactively with divisions and suppliers. Identify process efficiencies and drive greater productivity. The primary responsibility is to ensure that external production meets cost, timeline, and quality standards while maintaining full integration with internal operations. Responsible for executing and monitoring maquila activities. Daily sales tracking at SKU and customer level to prioritize maquilas and quota balances per account. Responsible for availability and control of maquila inputs. Responsible for entering merchandise into the SAP system. Requirements * Analytical Ability: Skilled at interpreting large volumes of data and making rapid decisions. * Problem Solving: Ability to respond effectively to unexpected situations. * Working Under Pressure: Efficient time management during high-demand periods (peak season). * Effective Communication: Skilled at negotiating with carriers and coordinating with internal warehouse teams. * WMS/TMS: Advanced proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) (SAP preferred). * Excel: Advanced level (proficiency in pivot tables, basic macros, and complex formulas for data analysis). * Availability to work in San Bernardo.
