A Day in the Life Strategically ensure timely compliance with the promotional production schedule by coordinating effectively and promptly with divisions and suppliers. Identify process efficiencies and drive greater productivity. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that external production meets cost, timeline, and quality standards, while maintaining full integration with internal operations. Responsible for execution and follow-up of maquila activities. Daily tracking of sales at SKU and customer levels to prioritize maquilas and quota balances per account. Responsible for availability and control of maquila inputs. Responsible for merchandise entry into the SAP system. Requirements * Analytical Ability: Capability to interpret large volumes of data and make rapid decisions. * Problem Solving: Ability to respond effectively to unexpected situations. * Working Under Pressure: Efficient time management during high-demand periods (peak season). * Effective Communication: Ability to negotiate with carriers and coordinate with internal warehouse teams. * WMS/TMS: Advanced proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) (SAP preferred). * Excel: Advanced level (proficiency in pivot tables, basic macros, and complex formulas for data analysis). * Availability to work in San Bernardo.
