The role's mission is to carry out and support cargo processes, focusing on commercial and operational analysis, to ensure efficiency in the company's daily operations. Among its main responsibilities are: Prepare and analyze both commercial and operational data. Create and prepare commercial and operational management reports. Support the development of commercial and operational proposals. Assist in budget preparation and volume and revenue forecasting. Monitor the achievement of commercial objectives and contribute to developing strategies to meet them. Support operational incident management and implementation of solutions minimizing business impact. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, proposing and supporting the implementation of new tools and processes optimizing both commercial and operational performance. Participate in the implementation of information and analysis systems. Job requirements: University degree in Business Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering, Management Control Engineering, or related fields. Proficiency in data analysis tools (Advanced Excel, Power BI, SQL is a plus). Basic knowledge in commercial and operational management, preferably in the logistics sector. Experience: At least 1 year in similar roles, ideally in the logistics or commercial sector.
