Graphic Sales Support

Company dedicated to the marketing and distribution of graphic products, road safety materials, sublimation and heat transfer products, with over 40 years in the market, located in the commune of Pudahuel; seeking sales representatives to join the commercial support team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage a general client portfolio, maintaining strong relationships, constant follow-up, and focus on repeat purchases. * Attend to customers through multiple channels (WhatsApp, email, phone, social media, and/or in person), providing technical and commercial advice on graphic products. * Acquire and retain new customers in the market to achieve the company's established sales targets. * Generate sales orders through the system designated by the company. * Keep the customer database for the area up to date. * Resolve inquiries and issues between customers and the company, ensuring high-quality service. * Prepare quotations and ensure follow-up until sales closure. * Perform administrative tasks, including creating customers in the system and coordinating with logistics and administration departments. * Participate in continuous improvement meetings, share market insights on the graphic industry, and contribute to the development of customer retention strategies. **Required Competencies:** * Results-oriented with goal achievement focus. * Negotiation and sales closing skills. * Commercial skills oriented toward client retention and portfolio expansion. * Proactivity and autonomy in sales management. * Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability. * Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication. * Organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and targets. * High level of organization, proactivity, and commitment to customer service. **Requirements:** * **Experience:** Proven experience in sales and knowledge of products used in the graphic industry, printing, or advertising. * **Computer Skills:** Proficiency in computer tools at user level (Microsoft Office or other systems). * **CRM Experience** and/or other digital tracking tools. * **Residence:** Ideally within communes near Pudahuel. **Working Conditions:** * **Work Mode:** On-site (office) * **Work Schedule:** 44 hours per week.
