Complies with traffic regulations and internal operational protocols, maintaining safe driving and respectful treatment of passengers. A valid professional driver's license (Class A3 or A1, Law 18\.290\) is required. Weekly working hours: 30, work schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off, with rotating shifts of 5 hours per day. Initial contract duration: one month, with option for renewal and subsequent transition to an indefinite-term contract. Mobility allowance and meal allowance are provided. \* First stage (training period): approx. $544\.000 net (includes attendance and punctuality bonus) \* Second stage (commencement of operations): approx. $634\.000 net (formal extension of benefits upon entry into the corresponding depot) \* Income projection: Based on performance, attendance, and punctuality, income may reach up to approx. $680\.000 net.
