ROLE MISSION: Lead the digital transformation of operations through the design and implementation of automation solutions (software/RPA) and the mapping of critical processes. The goal is to optimize efficiency in distribution, transportation, and customer service areas (specifically for key accounts such as healthcare/medical devices). 1. MANDATORY TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS (Critical Filter) To be considered, the candidate MUST demonstrate proficiency in: Advanced Programming (Mandatory): SAP Scripting, VBA / Macros, and Python (focused on task automation and data analysis). Low-Code Ecosystem: Proven experience developing solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate. Business Intelligence: Expert-level use of Power BI (DAX and Power Query) for creating operational KPIs. Process Mapping: Ability to conduct logistics and operational flow assessments ("As-Is" vs "To-Be"). 2. EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechatronic Civil, Industrial, Computer Science or related field). A Master’s degree in Management or an MBA is a plus. Career Path: Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering, process analytics, or RPA automation roles. English: Intermediate level (technical reading and reporting capability). 3. ADDITIONAL COMPETENCIES (Desirable) Methodologies: Lean Six Sigma certification (Yellow/Green Belt) or project management certification (PMP/FPX). Industrial Knowledge: Familiarity with warehouse systems (picking), barcode scanners, and warehouse automation.
