Key responsibilities include: * Analyze and administer the company's compensation system to ensure control over its various variable compensation schemes. * Evaluate and grade positions using the HAY methodology. * Periodically update the organizational structure. * Create, review, and update job descriptions. * Support area management reports and KPIs related to staffing, turnover, overtime, demographics, selection quality, unionization, severance, absenteeism, among others, to contribute to the company’s decision-making processes. * Participate in the preparation of the staffing budget and monitor approved staffing levels to ensure compliance with the established annual budget. **Desired Profile** Minimum one year of experience in the compensation field.
