Job Mission Lead, develop, and manage the Biopark’s **fast food catering operations**, ensuring **profitability, operational efficiency, and high-volume service delivery**, providing an agile, safe, and consistent experience aligned with the park’s mission and visitor service standards. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Define and execute the **annual business plan** for fast food units, setting commercial, operational, and profitability targets. * Identify opportunities for **menu optimization, sales format improvements, and service point enhancements** (food courts, kiosks, carts, seasonal sales). * Monitor **operational costs**, shrinkage, expenses, and budgetary efficiency, with emphasis on volume and turnover. * Supervise and verify **inventory management, supply chain logistics, and cold chain integrity**, ensuring uninterrupted operations during peak-attendance days. * Ensure compliance with **health and food safety regulations** (GMP, HACCP), particularly in high-traffic environments. * Design, implement, and monitor **fast food service protocols**, focused on speed, standardization, and quality. * Coordinate with internal departments including **Creative Direction, People, Finance, and Communications**, to ensure alignment among operations, visitor experience, and institutional objectives. ### **Education** * Commercial Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering, or related disciplines. ### **Required Experience** * Minimum **5 years of professional experience** (ideally 10). * Demonstrable experience in **fast food operations** and high-turnover service environments. * Experience managing large teams (**30 to 80 people**). * Strong proficiency in **operational cost management, shrinkage control, and inventory oversight**. * Knowledge of and practical application of **health regulations (GMP / HACCP)**. * Strong customer experience orientation, responsiveness, and service consistency.
