Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Programmer and Controller to develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules; track progress; and generate reports for decision-making. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently recruiting a Project Programmer and Controller for our client located in Mejillones. Main Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules, work programs, and critical paths. Track physical and financial progress, costs, commitments, and deviations. Generate management reports, progress curves, KPIs, and control dashboards for decision-making. Coordinate data collection with technical leads, contractors, and internal departments. Promptly alert stakeholders to risks related to timelines, costs, resources, and project interferences. Support follow-up and planning meetings with up-to-date information. Maintain documentary traceability of project planning and control. Requirements: Education: Civil, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, Construction, or equivalent experience. Experience: Minimum 5 years preferred in project planning, progress control, cost management, and KPI tracking. Residence in Mejillones. Conditions: Work Schedule: 44 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 5x2 in-person model). Contract Type: Initial fixed-term contract (with potential extension based on performance).
