The primary objective of the position is to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of equipment, structural components, and machinery maintenance, guaranteeing their reliability and availability to minimize unplanned downtime and maximize production and profitability. Develop and maintain a reliable maintenance plan for critical equipment and machinery. Monitor system performance and reliability by analyzing key performance indicators and implementing corrective actions when necessary. Update and prioritize assets of the Port and Terminal's critical systems. Identify and manage safety risks to personnel and the environment related to maintenance activities. Implement and supervise best maintenance practices, ensuring compliance with proper procedures and execution of required tests. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and safety standards in equipment and machinery maintenance. **Requirements:** Degree in Civil Engineering in Electricity, Mechanical, Electronics, or Industrial Engineering. 2 to 3 years of experience in maintenance areas. Advanced knowledge of reliability techniques, root cause analysis, technical materials management, and ERP systems (SAP PM).
