Effective communication with key operational partners **Job Description** ---------------------- Enaex, a leading company in the production and commercialization of explosives, as well as in explosive and blasting services, is seeking a Logistics Coordinator responsible for ensuring proper coordination and operation of logistics activities, to be based at the Prillex Plant and/or Desert Fields under a 4X4 shift system (day and night shifts). Main responsibilities include: * Monitoring and verifying product inbound and outbound movements, ensuring consistency between SAP and physical inventory, and guaranteeing compliance with procedures and customer- and/or product-specific schedules. * Coordinating and ensuring adherence to logistics schedules, including internal transfers, maritime and land operations, exports under various modalities, customer loading programs, Enaex services, and any other modality required to support Enaex’s business. * Managing and executing administrative and operational tasks, including shift reports, inventory control, document administration in SAP, regulatory compliance (reports, Fiscal Authority \& DGMN), and optimization of resource usage, ensuring alignment between systems and processes. * Establishing and maintaining effective communication with operational partners and key stakeholders in the logistics process (customs agents, logistics operators, port coordinators, transporters), ensuring information integration with internal and external customers through formal and informal channels to guarantee correct execution of operations and compliance with established standards. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Degree in Logistics Engineering or related disciplines. * 3 years of experience coordinating logistics operations in industrial/port/transport sectors. * Experience in dispatch management, inventory control, and document administration within ERP systems. * Experience coordinating with external agents. * Knowledge of product dispatch and receipt procedures. * Knowledge of industrial safety and transportation regulations. * SAP logistics modules (PP, MM, WMS). * Proficiency in office software tools. **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira — a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
