The role’s mission is to control and schedule human, productive, and technological resources at the Prillex Plant, aiming to meet customer requirements and departmental objectives. All of this to ensure continuity of production processes. **Main responsibilities include:** * Analyze and verify operational parameters. * Identify risks, problems, and improvement opportunities in quality, safety, and environmental management. * Control the Production Plan by scheduling daily activities and monitoring deadlines, costs, and resource compliance. * Ensure supply and stock of raw materials and inputs for production. * Lead and coordinate operation shifts and staffing. * Coordinate execution of maintenance programs with the maintenance team. * Lead their work team in achieving set departmental goals. Requirements. * 8 years of professional experience, preferably in operations within chemical or industrial complexes. * Completed university studies: Civil Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * SAP user level. * Knowledge of legislation related to handling hazardous chemicals. * Familiarity with Distributed Control Systems and PI. * Knowledge of Quality and Environmental Management Systems. * Advanced spoken and written English. **Requirements:** 8 years of professional experience, preferably in operations within chemical or industrial complexes. **Completed university studies:** Civil Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
