Job Summary: Services Plant Operator to ensure adequate supply to Nitric Acid, Ammonium Nitrate, and External Customer plants, maintaining operational efficiency and safety. Key Responsibilities: 1. Efficiently operate OSBL areas and ensure support supplies. 2. Lead the operation of tanks and service air systems. 3. Coordinate monitoring and control of operational parameters. **Job Description** ---------------------- Enaex's Prillex Plant, a leader in Ammonium Nitrate production located in Mejillones, is seeking a new Services Plant Operator to perform duties on-site in Mejillones under a rotating shift system (4x4\). The position's mission is to efficiently operate OSBL areas while providing appropriate support supplies to Nitric Acid, Ammonium Nitrate, and External Customer plants. Main Responsibilities: * Comply with safety procedures. * Operate storage tanks for process water, nitric acid, ammonium nitrate solution, and petroleum. * Operate the service air system. * Collect samples of stored substances and deliver them to the Quality Assurance Laboratory. * Perform monitoring and control of operational parameters. * Coordinate equipment and instrumentation maintenance when required. * Maintain inventory of consumables and raw materials associated with the work area. Requirements: * Higher Technical Degree with industrial specialization. * Minimum 5 years of experience in roles related to production or operational support areas, either in chemical, metallurgical, or electric power generation plants. * Desired: experience in operational tasks involving chemical storage in tanks. * Minimum 2 years of experience operating water treatment plants. * Desired: minimum 2 years of experience operating on-site electric power generation units. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Higher Technical Degree with industrial specialization. * 5 years of experience in roles related to production or operational support areas. * Desired experience in chemical storage operations in tanks. * 2 years of experience operating water treatment plants. * 2 years of experience operating on-site electric power generation units. **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira \- a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
