Responsibilities * Carry out food production tasks in the kitchen area and comply with hygiene standards for food preparation; * Perform preparatory operations for food preparation: cleaning, washing, as well as chopping, cutting, mixing, grinding, blending, and sifting fruits, vegetables, meats, milk and dairy products, cereals, flours, legumes, and other ingredients as required. * Participate in the preparation of standard or special meals, including meal preparation and cooking. * Work in hot, cold, and pastry sections. * Assemble and serve meals to patients and staff; distribute meals to rooms and dining areas according to prescribed dietary regimes and the daily schedule. Requirements * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Kitchen Assistant. * Residence from the Arica and Parinacota region to the Coquimbo region. * Knowledge of food handling and collective catering. * Academic qualification relevant to the position. * Ability to work effectively in a team and in a dynamic environment. * Availability to work 10\*10 rotating shifts with camp accommodation. * Health compatible with high-altitude geographic conditions.
