The role’s mission is to lead the operational shifts across various production units, maintaining plant productivity efficiently. **Main responsibilities include:** * Coordinate the plant's production process. * Coordinate the consumption and use of raw materials and supplies. * Manage shifts, directing and monitoring staff attendance and overseeing the replacement program. * Monitor the efficient operation of equipment in the production units. * Supervise that daily production meets quality specifications. * Monitor safety and environmental procedures. * Lead the team in achieving set area objectives. **Requirements:** 8 years of work experience, preferably in similar roles. University graduate or completed studies, preferably in Chemical Engineering or related field. Knowledge of Production Processes. Knowledge of Distributed Control Systems and PLCs.
