Continuous Improvement Specialist

We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Specialist! Are you passionate about driving operational excellence and leading initiatives that transform asset management? Lead continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives aligned with ENGIE's strategy. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with standards such as ISO 55000, managing asset documentation regarding their condition, performance, value, quantity, data quality, and completeness. Your main challenges will be: * Identify, propose, and execute continuous improvement initiatives using the PDCA cycle. * Lead operational excellence proposals in generation asset management. * Implement ENGIE’s continuous improvement strategy at Flex Gen sites, complying with SGI+Simple and ISO 55001 standards. * Coordinate with IT to develop process automations and efficiencies. * Act as Key User in SAP PM, ensuring improvements in O&M management. * Control and update asset documentation in ENGIE’s repositories. * Promote best operational and maintenance practices across the organization. What we expect from you: * Professional degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in continuous improvement with focus on asset management. * At least 5 years of total experience in operation and/or maintenance of industrial plants. * Knowledge of statistical tools, advanced Excel, SAP PM, document management, and ISO 55001/50001 standards. * Knowledge and experience in implementation and auditing of ISO 9001 standard. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Knowledge and experience in asset and maintenance management, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
