PAYROLL ANALYST MAULE REGION At KC Match Talent, we are looking for a Payroll Officer to join a major agro-industrial company near Linares. We seek a professional with strong technical knowledge, proven experience in agricultural payroll, and high attention to detail, capable of autonomously managing the complete payroll cycle for both permanent and seasonal workers while ensuring strict compliance with current labor legislation. Main Responsibilities: \- Administer the full payroll process, including monthly, daily, and seasonal salary personnel. \- Calculate continuous weeks, agricultural-sector-specific earnings, vacations, permits, and medical leaves. \- Manage employment contracts, addendums, settlement documents (finiquitos), and other labor-related documentation. \- Administer and keep personnel information updated in the payroll system. \- Address employee inquiries regarding payroll and labor documentation. \- Ensure compliance with current labor and social security legislation. \- Prepare reports and supporting information for management. Requirements: \- Certified Public Accountant, General Accountant, or related degree. \- 3 to 5 years of experience in similar positions. \- Proven experience in calculating agricultural-sector (or construction) payroll (mandatory). \- Experience administering payroll for permanent and seasonal workers, including fixed-term, indefinite, and project-based (obra o faena) contracts. \- Proficiency in Office tools, especially Advanced Excel (mandatory). \- Familiarity with the Talana platform is desirable. \- Up-to-date knowledge of labor, DT (Technical Norms), and social security legislation.
