We are seeking a Telematics Analyst. **Mission:** Establish connections with external customers to provide maintenance and repair services for their vehicles using data obtained from remote monitoring platforms. Analyze and provide support regarding fleet management and health to deliver relevant information for decision-making by customers and internal company departments. **As part of our team, your responsibilities will include:** Analyze and monitor fleet performance and health through remote monitoring of assigned equipment. Provide initial customer support when a red alert code occurs on any of their equipment, analyzing various variables potentially related to detected failures. (If unresolved remotely, cases will be referred to the network). Generate reports on the management and health status of the assigned fleet, analyzing information according to business objectives. Maintain frequent contact with external customers. Comply with policies in case the branch/business is certified under ISO 9001 (quality), 14.001 Environmental Management, and ISO 45.001 Occupational Health and Safety standards. Ensure compliance with the company's internal regulations, promoting an orderly, safe work environment aligned with internal policies and standards. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
