As a Reservation Assistant, you will provide daily support for travel, accommodation, transportation bookings, itinerary updates, supplier coordination, customer inquiries, and reservation management. You will work closely with the reservations, travel operations, customer service, hotel, transportation provider, tour operator, and other partner departments to ensure reservations are processed correctly and customers receive clear, timely information. This position is ideal for individuals with no or limited professional experience who are interested in tourism, travel agencies, reservations, hospitality, aviation services, customer service, or travel operations. Responsibilities: Receive and process travel booking requests. Assist with hotel and accommodation reservations. Handle flight and transportation booking requests as applicable.
