Construmart, a national retail company, is seeking students for its Internal Communications department who wish to complete their professional internship in the Quilicura area. We are looking for proactive, dynamic young professionals capable of working under pressure and skilled at interacting with others, with an interest in developing within the corporate field—learning about internal communications, corporate visual identity, social media, and content management on human resources platforms such as BUK. Responsibilities * Support graphic design of campaigns, internal announcements, and editorial materials using Canva. * Draft internal announcements and our monthly newsletter. * Propose and implement strategies to communicate relevant news across the entire company. * Assist in managing the company’s internal communication channels (newsletters, emails, radio, BUK portal, WhatsApp groups, and others). * Support the organization of internal events and activations. Requirements: * Students pursuing degrees in marketing, journalism, public relations, audiovisual communication, human resources, or related fields. * Availability to work in the Quilicura area. * Academic insurance.
