At Agrosuper, we are looking to incorporate into our team a person interested in taking on the challenge of working as a Finance Analyst. The role’s mission is to execute and monitor the company’s financial processes, ensuring the availability of accurate information for strategic decision-making, with the objective of guaranteeing liquidity, optimizing capital structure, and fulfilling financial commitments. **Main Responsibilities:** Monitor compliance with risk policies, hedging strategies, and financial investments, mitigating the impact of exchange rate volatility. Analyze financial statements, cash flows, and management reports to support financial planning and strategic decision-making. Evaluate and analyze long-term financing alternatives, optimizing capital structure and managing associated risks. Manage relationships with banks, credit rating agencies, and auditors, ensuring timely delivery of financial information. Prepare financial and executive reports for Management, Committees, and the Board of Directors. **Mandatory Requirements:** Hold a university degree in Commercial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Auditing. Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. Intermediate-level English proficiency. **Desirable Requirements:** At least one year of experience in finance or management control. Experience or specialization in corporate banking. A diploma in Finance or Management Control. Proficiency in Bloomberg and SAP. **Position Conditions:** **Work Location:** Central Office, Rancagua.
