The Industrial Management, through the Maintenance SV Submanagement, invites you to participate in the selection process for the position of Maintenance Supervisor, to be based at our San Vicente Plant. The objective of this position is to supervise and coordinate shift-based maintenance activities, efficiently managing team resources and requirements to ensure proper execution of preventive and corrective maintenance, thereby supporting the plant’s operational continuity. **Main Responsibilities:** Supervise the mechanical team’s activities during the shift, assigning tasks and coordinating work shifts. Manage the resources required to execute preventive and corrective maintenance on plant equipment. Coordinate weekend maintenance activities, ensuring availability of required resources and personnel. Collaborate with other departments to address the maintenance team’s needs and requirements, working directly with the department head. **Job Requirements:** Hold a Technical Higher Education Degree in Mechanics, Electricity, or a related field. (Mandatory) Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel. (Mandatory) Minimum of 4 years of professional experience. (Mandatory) Experience working in industrial plants.
