At Agrosuper, we are looking for our next Quality Manager U1 to work at the Casablanca Plant, Valparaíso Region. The role’s mission is to ensure the proper execution of laboratory analyses and tests within defined timelines, safeguarding compliance with quality and food safety standards throughout the production process. Additionally, the incumbent must maintain documentation for the integrated management system, lead internal and external audits, manage complaints from internal customers, and propose, evaluate, and implement innovation projects related to quality and food safety. **Main Responsibilities:** Manage and control food quality and safety by monitoring critical process variables and proposing improvements in response to deviations. Coordinate and supervise inspections conducted by the Agricultural and Livestock Service (SAG), ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Manage SAO and REP audits, implementing corrective and preventive actions arising from observations, audits, and inspections. Supervise the identification, recording, and resolution of non-conformities, traceability, product recalls, and food safety drills. Ensure compliance with industrial hygiene standards at the plant, coordinating cleaning and disinfection programs with contracted service providers. Lead and ensure implementation of the training plan, along with proper management of the laboratory and quality team. **Requirements:** Professional degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Agronomy, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field. Minimum one year of experience leading teams, preferably in industrial or agro-industrial sectors. Intermediate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. SAP and Power BI proficiency is desirable. Willingness to work at the Casablanca Plant, Valparaíso Region. Availability for a fixed schedule from Monday to Friday under Article 22, with occasional Saturday attendance as required by operational contingencies.
