We invite you to apply for the Branch SIG Coordinator A position, to be based in San Antonio. The role’s mission is to implement and maintain SIGAS criteria at the branch, train staff, and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and service standards during internal, external, and regulatory audits. **Main Responsibilities:** Implement and maintain the Integrated Management System at the branch. Train staff on SIGAS, Good Manufacturing Practices, and quality and safety procedures. Prepare for audits and keep required documentation up to date. Identify deviations and support implementation of corrective actions and improvement opportunities. Manage complaints and monitor quality, service, temperature, NPS, and seizure indicators. Coordinate activities with branch management, teams, customers, and suppliers. **Requirements:** Technical or university degree in Food Science, Quality Management, Agricultural Technology, or related field. Knowledge or experience in integrated management systems, Good Manufacturing Practices, HACCP, internal audits, and document management. Ideally, at least 2 years of relevant experience. Intermediate-level proficiency in SAP and Excel is desirable. Availability to work onsite in San Antonio, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., under Article 22, and Saturdays only in case of emergencies. **Some of Our Benefits:** Growth and development plans.
