The role will be responsible for commercial management across various markets, with a focus on maximizing company returns through customer development and retention. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support commercial management in international markets. Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key customers. Contribute to maximizing returns through efficient analysis and management of commercial opportunities. Participate in planning and execution of export processes, ensuring quality and on-time delivery. Candidate Profile: ▪ Commercial professional with at least 5 years of proven experience in commercial roles within fresh fruit exporting companies. ▪ Advanced English proficiency and proficiency in management tools required for the role. ▪ Knowledge of international markets and the agro-industrial sector. ▪ Strong negotiation, communication, and results-oriented skills. ▪ Willingness to work onsite at the central offices located in San Francisco de Mostazal.
