We seek professionals with a background in Commercial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field to work in the S\&OE Sub-Management of the Commercial Unit, based in Rancagua, O'Higgins Region. The purpose of this position is to lead the execution of a specific business/market by aligning the value chain (from production to sales) to achieve business and operational objectives. Main Responsibilities: 1\. Lead the execution process of Agrosuper’s commercial planning, integrating Demand, Industrial Planning, Distribution, Revenue Management, Logistics, and Sales departments. 2\. Act as a short-circuit decision-making channel in response to deviations during planning execution. 3\. Organize and systematize communication channels with various stakeholders regarding value chain execution and its impact. 4\. Serve as a counterbalance to Commercial Planning (Businesses/S\&OP), raising alerts, providing feedback to the process, and verifying incorporation of learnings. Requirements 1\.
