The Animal Production Management, through the Production Operations Management, invites you to participate in the selection process for the Security Coordinator position, to be based in the Costa-Rapel zone. The role’s objective is to manage and coordinate security at facilities located in the assigned zone, ensuring appropriate protective conditions for people, animals, assets, and operations. Additionally, the incumbent must provide territorial supervision of security services, manage crime-related risks, coordinate responses to critical events, and contribute to operational continuity and strengthening of the security culture within Animal Production. **Main Responsibilities:** Plan and conduct audits and inspections of contracted security companies, including guard, patrol, and drone services, ensuring compliance with contracts, procedures, and established protocols. Optimize field-deployed security resources by reviewing routes, frequencies, schedules, and positioning to maximize coverage and operational efficiency. Coordinate responses to critical events, safeguarding people, animals, and assets, and managing corresponding reports for theft incidents. Maintain ongoing coordination with Carabineros (Chilean police), Fire Department, Investigative Police, and local authorities; promote security culture through training sessions, talks, and on-site support. **Requirements:** Hold a university degree in Engineering, Administration, Armed Forces-related studies, or a related field. (Mandatory) Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. (Mandatory) Minimum of 2 years of professional experience. (Mandatory) Availability to work on-site in the Costa-Rapel zone.
