Conduct code reviews to uphold robust security and performance standards. * **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work directly with UI/UX designers, product managers, and clients to translate user stories into seamless digital features. * **Performance Optimization:** Identify bottlenecks, debug complex issues, and ensure ultra-fast load times and smooth mobile execution. **What We’re Looking For:** * **Experience:** 3+ years of professional software development experience covering both frontend and backend technologies for web and mobile platforms. * **Core Technologies:** Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or React Native/Flutter), and server-side environments (Node.js, Python, or Java). * **Databases & Cloud:** Hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and familiarity with cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, or GCP). * **Language Skills:** Spanish (Native/C1) for team collaboration, and English (B2) for technical documentation and communication with international clients. * **Mindset:** You’re pragmatic. You balance clean architecture with delivery speed—knowing when to optimize and when to ship high-quality features.
