We consider inclusion and diversity fundamental to meeting present and future challenges.* We seek candidates with up to two years of experience holding a Higher Technical degree in Industrial Mechanics, Industrial Maintenance, Industrial Electricity, Automation and Control, and/or Electromechanics, to join the **Talent Root Program of the Timber Business at our Valdivia Timber Complex**, aiming to contribute to business sustainability, safety assurance, and achievement of the quality results the company strives for. This program comprises two development stages: * **First stage:** You will participate in a technical training program enabling you to familiarize yourself with the business and understand the maintenance processes across various areas of the Valdivia Timber Complex. * **Second stage:** You will engage in on-the-job learning focused on preventive and corrective maintenance, allowing you to gain comprehensive understanding of the area where you will work. Please note that the program includes **a formal employment relationship from day one**, meaning you will have an employment contract and compensation from your start date, commensurate with your qualifications and responsibilities.
