A leading company in the salmon industry requires hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to work at its Cultivation Centers located in Region X. **POSITION OBJECTIVE** * Strategically support the implementation of the Maintenance policy established by planning, supervising, coordinating, and managing service provider activities performing maintenance services at shipyards (hull maintenance of marine equipment), brand workshops (equipment maintenance), and marine cultivation centers (start-ups, planned maintenance, etc.). Monitor their performance, productivity, and progress, ensuring operational area requirements are met. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Support the implementation and development of maintenance policies and maintenance ERP systems. * Coordinate and supervise hull maintenance processes for marine equipment, including infrastructure and machinery. * Coordinate and supervise major maintenance activities for offshore equipment at each brand's workshops and/or mechanical shops. * Conduct field follow-up and efficiency control for equipment, structure, and process improvement and standardization projects. * Develop, maintain, and monitor management, production, and economic indicators for the Marine Operations and Maintenance area. * Keep equipment inventory data updated, including operational units and those entering workshops. * Administer, manage, and supervise contracts related to Operations and Maintenance providing services at cultivation centers. **REQUIREMENTS** * Higher technical degree in mechanics or electrical engineering, or Bachelor's degree in maintenance engineering or related fields. * At least 2 years of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of marine equipment and systems, pontoons, feeding systems, silos, photoperiod systems, monitoring, generators, outboard motors, etc. * Basic knowledge of Excel. * Familiarity with planning software such as Project or SAP PM is desirable. * Availability for fieldwork, visiting various marine facilities across Regions X, XI, and XII. * Availability to relocate to Puerto Montt/Huenquillahue. **BENEFITS** * Opportunities for growth and development. * Quarterly cost-of-living adjustment (IPC). * Benefits (complementary insurance, agreements, school bonuses, etc.)
