Day to day tasks will include, welcoming customers, advising on show availability and content, processing payments, dealing with customer communication and supporting the box office manager. IT literacy is essential alongside an openness to learn new processes. Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in using ticketing booking systems (notably spektix), although full training will still be provided. You will need a friendly and approachable manner and excellent communication skills. Working as part of an enthusiastic team, you will have good problem\-solving skills and the ability to multi\-task in a busy and bustling environment.
