If you are passionate about process elicitation and analysis, continuous improvement, and collaborative work with technology teams, this opportunity is for you! What will you do? Elicit and document processes, ensuring clarity and consistency. Perform functional analysis of organization-prioritized technological solutions. Develop BPMN flows and requirements matrices. Coordinate with Development, QA, and end-user areas. Maintain and update deliverables from the functional design workflow (e.g., role and profile matrices, functional requirements, mockups, meeting minutes, etc.). Ensure traceability and adherence to deadlines from requirement inception through final certification. Support decongestion of pending initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement through best practices and lessons learned. What are we looking for? Degree in Computer Engineering (MANDATORY). Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles (MANDATORY). Experience in process elicitation and documentation, functional analysis, and requirements handling. Experience in SQL. Knowledge of BPMN and requirements management. Experience working in agile or hybrid environments managing multiple initiatives. Residence in the Metropolitan Region or nearby areas (MANDATORY). Desirable qualifications: Experience in Retail Financial and Payment Methods processes.
