We are committed to providing cutting edge solutions for our clients Data Centre facilities and are recruitment a Project Manager – Construction to join our innovative team. The Project Manager – Construction will be part of the team responsible for managing the construction aspects of large projects from inception to completion, within set timescales, to high quality standards and within health and safety guidelines. **What you will deliver?** * Manage a team to ensure work is carried out in full conformance with quality, environmental and safety standards.Be an expert and provide guidance and direction to ensure operational excellence. * Coordinate and control the on\-site construction process ensuring the site build progresses in line with plan. * Support the overall programming and planning of the build. * Manage groundworks and internal fit out. * Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients to ensure that contracts are delivered in accordance with project agreements and best practice. * Attend site meetings, effectively communicate and provide information for Progress Reports. * Chair and minute the subcontractor meetings. * Recording and reporting key metrics to team members and management. * Operational support including review of procedures, best practices and initiatives. **What we can offer you?** On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package, which includes; * 25 days annual leave (\+ public holidays) * Life Cover equivalent to 4 times annual salary * Company Stakeholder Pension Scheme * Private Medical Insurance * 2 corporate social responsibility days per year * Broad range of learning opportunities, such as professional qualifications, collective/individual training, and personalised support programmes * Attractive Employee Referral Rewards Scheme * Access to our growing employee networks including AccessAbility (representing those with physical and mental disabilities), Encompass (representing the LGBTQ\+ community), RISE (representing people from ethnic backgrounds), WOMEN TOGETHER (representing women in Equans), Working Parents, and Young Professionals. * 24/7 Employee Assistance Program and access to mental wellbeing app **Who are we looking for?** * Experience working with a main contractor or large subcontractor. * Proven people management experience with the ability to mentor and develop team members. * Proven technical knowledge of the Construction industry. * Knowledge and skills to effectively problem solve. * Be self\-motivated, with proven organisational ability and the drive to meet deadlines. * Customer focused with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. * Attention to Health and Safety matters. * Commercially astute. * Experience in the data centres sector is desirable. * Degree or equivalent in Construction Management or similar is desirable. **Who are we?** We are a strategic data center partner delivering every aspect of general contractor design, build, and commissioning for major data centers across Europe to provide new build, fit\-out, complex retrofit, and upgrade through one point of contact.
