If you are passionate about cooking and have experience in food handling and collective catering, this is your opportunity. **Responsibilities** * Perform food production tasks in the kitchen area and comply with hygiene standards for product preparation; * Carry out preparatory operations for food preparation: cleaning, washing, as well as chopping, cutting, mixing, grinding, blending, and sifting fruits, vegetables, meats, dairy products and derivatives, cereals, flours, legumes, and other ingredients as required. * Participate in the preparation of standard or special meals, including food preparation and cooking. * **Work in hot, cold, and pastry sections.** * Distribute and serve food; deliver food to rooms and dining areas according to the type of regimen and the daily schedule established. **Requirements** * Minimum 1 year of experience working in food handling or within gastronomy-related businesses. * Basic knowledge of food handling in collective catering, specifically in cold and hot sections. * Knowledge of pastry-making is desirable. * Ability to work effectively in a team and in a dynamic environment. * Physical health compatible with the position. **Minimum Experience** 1–2 years of experience in similar positions Apply now and grow with us—we look forward to welcoming you!
