Currently, we are seeking a **PRODUCTION OPERATOR \- TIL TIL.** Whose purpose is to carry out field operations in the assigned cement production process, using corresponding equipment and facilities, performing cleanings, taking samples, and conducting minor maintenance tasks for Polpaico Soluciones, aiming to ensure continuity and efficiency of the production process, meeting established production plans, and maintaining equipment in optimal operating conditions. **If you are selected for this position, your main responsibilities will be:** * Perform assigned production operations, monitoring system performance and reporting process failures and issues. * Execute operations using equipment and machinery according to the assigned process. * Carry out minor or scheduled maintenance tasks. * Complete the checklist with actual activities performed. * Maintain order and cleanliness in your designated work area according to area instructions and standards. * Support and perform other duties inherent to your role as assigned by your direct supervisor, provided these actions do not compromise your safety and integrity. **What do we expect from you when applying for this position?** * Secondary education – Training in Mechanics or similar field. * At least 1 year of experience in similar roles within industrial companies is desirable. **As a Polpaico Soluciones employee, we offer you the following benefits:** * Life insurance fully funded by the company.
