Identify primary needs of job seekers to implement appropriate actions enabling individuals to increase their chances of entering the labor market. Empathetically manage job seekers’ emotions that may arise during the job search process. Administer personality, skills, interest, aptitude, and motivation assessment tools as required per case. Evaluate professional profiles to identify core occupational competencies. Provide information on techniques and tools enhancing individual employability and facilitating the job search process, using SENCE’s career guidance materials. Refer users to other services addressing employment barriers—such as Busca Empleo platforms and other relevant public or private services. Record and analyze user data in the BNE labor intermediation system. Support the career trajectories of job seekers through follow-up. Conduct pre-employment workshops and seminars aimed at improving employability. Collaborate closely with Corporate Executives to understand companies’ HR requirements and establish appropriate linkages. Participate in labor intermediation activities convened by SENCE where technical expertise is required. Continuously update knowledge of the labor market.
