Job Summary: We are seeking a kitchen assistant to prepare and season dishes, manage inventory, butcher meats and fish, and maintain kitchen equipment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintenance and cleaning of kitchen equipment In Linares (Jaén), we are looking for a person to work as a kitchen assistant. Duties include preparing and seasoning dishes according to the head chef's instructions, receiving and verifying inventory, proposing restocking of items, and carefully butchering meats and fish to maximize yield. The role also involves maintaining and cleaning kitchen equipment such as stovetops, ovens, fryers, exhaust hoods, and slicers, as well as other duties inherent to the position per the collective bargaining agreement. This is a temporary full-time contract with rotating shifts from 08:00 to 15:00 or from 15:00 to 22:00\. The monthly salary is 1\.600 euros.
