Support in Process Identification and Documentation:** * Verify whether current documents are available. * Ensure no duplicate documents exist. * Collect and systematically record information regarding operational processes and/or CM areas, subsequently documenting them using flowcharts, descriptions, and process sheets in accordance with the area’s current standards. **2. Document Classification:** * Assist in reviewing, organizing, and categorizing departmental documentation (procedures, instructions, workflows, matrices), ensuring compliance with criteria for completeness, validity, traceability, and correct classification within the official repository (SUNBEX). **3. Updating Document Templates:** * Update documents to BancoEstado Express’s latest templates. * Opportunity to obtain updated screenshots from offices. 4. Process Diagramming * Diagram simple processes currently documented in outdated materials. 5. Support for Continuous Improvement Initiatives * Participate in proposals for optimization, standardization of templates, basic task automation (e.g., using Excel or Power Automate), and development of improvements facilitating operational management across the branch network.
