Position: Merchandising Rutero Job Description: Ensure proper display, availability, and positioning of products at assigned points of sale, guaranteeing brand visibility, compliance with commercial guidelines, and execution of defined strategies for the pharmacy channel. Main Responsibilities: * Keep shelves and displays consistently stocked, promptly reporting stockouts and replenishment needs. * Ensure products are arranged according to brand guidelines, active campaigns, and promotions, guaranteeing an attractive and organized presentation. * Monitor expiration dates and manage proper inventory rotation to prevent expired or non-compliant products. * Implement planograms and POP materials at each point of sale, verifying their correct installation and maintenance. * Supervise and report the execution of paid spaces, promotions, and brand activations at the point of sale. * Advise and train local staff (pharmacists, salespeople, assistants) on product features, benefits, and key differentiators. * Record and report daily visits through photographs, digital logs, and tracking of performance indicators. * Ensure effective communication with internal teams and store managers, strengthening commercial relationships. Required Profile: * Proactive and results-oriented. * Responsible and committed to field execution. * Ability to establish effective interpersonal relationships. * Adaptability to unexpected situations and route changes. * Focus on operational excellence and brand image care. Job Requirements: * **Own vehicle and valid driver's license (mandatory requirement).** * Previous experience in restocking, trade marketing, or field sales roles (ideally in the pharmacy or mass consumer goods channel). * Full availability for field work ("full street" schedule), covering assigned routes as planned. * Technical or higher education in Marketing, Administration, Sales, or related fields (not mandatory). * Basic proficiency in technological tools (smartphone, email, reporting platforms). * Excellent communication skills, customer service orientation, and ability to work independently. * High organizational, planning, and goal achievement capabilities. Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 hrs with a 1-hour lunch break Salary: $845,594.-
